Three pieces of Nigerian vanadium emerald rough, 2.29 grams total weight. All three are the characteristic blue-teal green of Nigerian vanadium material — consistent in hue across the lot with good saturation that reads firmly as emerald rather than green beryl.
The pieces are small but well-formed — two retain recognizable prismatic crystal structure with hydrothermally etched skin, the third is a cleaved fragment. What stands out about this lot is the clarity relative to typical emerald rough — not eye-clean, but noticeably less included than most natural emerald at this size, with good transparency throughout all three pieces. All three will yield nicely colored, typically included emerald gems. There has been no oil treatment to the rough. Priced as a lot at $515.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
